on my 2k 1.8t and they didn't rotate my tires. I'm not gonna rip on the dealer that did the work, but just let everyone know to double check all the work that is supposed to be done, and not to "trust" that a dealer will do the job right.

Not that you guys didn't already know that.

I had a similar experience recently... as **** as it may seem... as consumers, we do need to follow up on things if we expect them all things to be taken care of.

I read that is part of the first service yet I realized it wasn't performed. I mean everything else was done and I was treated nicely and all, so I didn't really bother with it. I mean they cleaned my car and mats and everything that time (since it was winter in Toronto, car and mats were dirty and all). So I don't know why that wasn't performed, they sure weren't just being lazy. I didn't worry too much as I was going to switch between my snow tires and stock ones, so no big deal, but definitely wondered if I really have to list out every little thing that should be done come service time according to the manual for the future...

Had my first service today at Fred Baker. They rotated tires and also programmed remote to control windows with no cost and no hassle.
