Yes normal..with standard GIAC chip I peak 17-18..holds 15.....

Good to hear (1) because there's nothing wrong with my car, (2) because there's nothing wrong with my boost gauge installation, and (3) because I'm planning to get a GIAC chip soon (within the month or not at all), and I'll love seeing those numbers jump... Oh wait I'll be too busy enjoying the speed.
