is it just me, or do the quality of posts just seem to be going down hill?

Think about it this way
If we assume there will be pretty much the same general group of questions posed on a rotating basis by those who are new to the forums (chips, suspension, wheels/tires, boost leaks, body kits, accident reports, CPs, speeding tickets, etc), then those who have been around long enough and have been paying attention already know the answers and need different and unique topics to support their habit. Hence AWOT!
I find myself spending much more time over there recently, and if it wasn't for RKA's postwhoring, I mean quality, thoughtful, and timely replies here :-), then there would be less to draw me in here.
There is still the occasional nugget that gets saved to my Outlook contacts collection, but like someone was saying yesterday, there's only so much information out there on a particular model car. I'm certainly NOT saying I know everything there is to know about my car, but I know enough to know when to search the archives and when to post.
Still, if a noob has a thoughtful, well-worded question that I can easily answer (and someone hasn't already), I have no problem adding to the bandwidth.

i'm about to bail on that trip because no one is giving me any info!
seems like chris 'might' come, but not drive. phil R 'might' come, but not drive. phil p, will come, but not drive. i will go and drive. dont know about you. not sure about what josh's plans are. i know mark and shon arent going. i think scott planned on going, but he might have to move that weekend, and of course, wouldnt drive.
so i'm supposed to drive 5 people? ahahah! plus i dont have wheels/tires. i'm signed up for the track event, so i might just have to switch and put my AVS back on and suffere the snowy rather with them once i get back to chicago. i dunno. does anyone have reservations for a hotel? when we're leaving? i know last year we were a little fuzzy on the plans as well, but we had better plans than we have now. figure we'd leave the 28th. that's 3 weeks away. if we're not going, i need to know soon so i can call APR and get my $125 for the track event back!

Audiworld went to hell around the time the 2 of us started posting
but yes, everything has been said before...nothing new, nothing innovative, nothing interesting. Just the same old **** being reposted mixed in with mindless BS.
