Was just quoted $575 for both front Ball joints to be replaced.....
how hard is this to do and does anyone know an approx price i would be looking on the parts. i have done my own tie rod ends with no problem so i figure i could handle this. couldn't find a previous post so i figured i'd ask.

BOTH??? There are actually 4 ball joints per side(!!!) on the front...
not including the sway bar links on older models. Sounds like a pretty fair price, if it's for all 8 arms. If it's only for 2 arms, not so much.
