Just Seafoamed my intake manifold
I used the vaccuum line on the front of the manifold. Used about 1/4 to 1/3 of a can, had to rev the engine a good amount to keep it from dying while sucking it up.
I can tell no difference with the before and after. My car has 170K miles on it and has been chipped since about 50K. MTM stage three for the last 50K or so. I had no problems before Seafoaming, and an idle that fluctuated only as much as the width of the needle.
It did smoke quite a bit. I guess I just did it to see if it'd make a difference since the car has some miles on it. Oh well.

You may see more of a difference if you take 1-1/2-2 cans and add it to cold old oil....
Run the car up to temperature and then drain the oil. Then wait about 10-15 minutes for the dissolved sludge which will start to come out. Continue then with the rest of your oil change.
