K ordered VVM headlights
Well since I could not get the brightness problem figured out I just ordered the XENON headlights from VVM. How long did it take for it to get shipped? For those of you who live in CA.

Correction: VVME
Oh and I was reading the FAQ on their website and it said something about the lights not being legal unless they were installed factory and should only be used off road or something. Has anyone here received a ticket because of these lights?

any hid light not installed by the factory is not street legal >
yes, you can get all the bells and whistles and have your audi have the oem stuff and autolevel and stuff (its a royal pain in the *** and not worth the $$)
you should be fine due to the fact that audi has HID's as a factory option and IMO the 6000k looks very 'stock' looking therefore it shouldnt raise any issues. (like a 1980 Honda with purple rollin down the road).
im not saying you're free and clear (never know with cops these days)...just IMHO you shouldnt have a problem.. i havent *knocks on wood*

The way I look at it is
HID's on an Audi seem like they are supposed to be there. The police officer will probably just think it is a "higher end" model. Now if you put HID's in an '82 Dodge Omni, you might have some trouble.
