K03 vs. K04 - if all that's different is the blades why couldn't one just switch them in stock K03?

Default I asked that before, and I never got a clear answer.
I guess TAP has a sport K03 that has a more aggressive impeller. I don't know how that differs from a K04?

Default If I heard right. The housing is the same on the outside but the inside is bigger.
I saw pictures here once. You would have to bore out the inside to fit the bigger blades.
