KO4-15 without chip...?

is this possible?
saw an ad for '98 a4 1.8TQM for sale with KO4 but not chipped .....how can this be? why?

of course....that's Mike's point....just get K04 software and

you will get more of the potential power out of that setup. Of course going with all of the components of the K04 kits is the best idea.

hmmm...

just seems skeptical...why would some one install it without the software!!??

so about how much would just the KO4-ready software cost? compatible with what brand? (i.e. AWE-GIAC...)

ehhh...not sure bout cheap...

according to FS ad, car has quite few mods inc. ko4-15, avs es 100 tires, custom cat-back, hks bov, uuc ss, and much much more!!....but why no software :P i guess the main question is, would this be a "shady" car to purchase?

i'm sure tuners know what thery're doing (well, most at least)...and what ever/how ever much the owner would di$h out!!

oh and, where/how much did u get those AEZ radons?
