Default Lemmiwinks optimal a4 settings?

I have a stock 2001 a4 qt 1.8t. I just finished the timing belt tensioner, roller, water pump, all the belts, air and oil filter and new fluid. When browsing the faqs I noticed the vag-com mods and Lemmiwinks. I browsed through it and there seems to be little printed knowledge about this program. I was wondering if anyone here uses it with their otherwise stock car? If so, what were the results. If anyone would like to share their successful settings with me I'd much appreciate it.

FTW current pic of my A4 after the timing belt change and before I do the suspension tomorrow.

Default stock program won't have too many adaptation channels open

and you can't add boost with lemmi, so it really won't do you much good.

Get a GIAC-X chip, then start messing with Lemmi. Look through the B5 S4 forum -- LOTS of us using lemmi over there.

Default huh?

won't have too many adaptation channels open?

stock program should allow you to change any of the lemmisettings. but i agree, almost no point unless you run a TCD/MBC + increase timing.

Default IMO Lemi is not a good toy. S4 guys will disagree....

but parameters are not algorithmic and there for issues can result. Same conditions at idle as at WOT= stupid IMO.

Not blocked. You can change the settings.

Default Huh?

Not sure what you just said. :-p

Main reason it won't do a 2001 A4 as much good as an S4 is that 2001s have a wideband and fueling is adjusted based on that during WOT... whereas on an S4 with the narrowbands it goes to whatever the map wants + lemmi tweaks. So if you want to richen an S4 up under WOT due to higher boost, no problem. 2001 A4.. won't work :-(

You can use it to change some of the other fueling like accel, changes throttle response which can be nice. Also if you toss in 100 you can bump up the timing.

However I wouldn't play with lemmi without ECUx to make sure things aren't getting out of whack.

Default Lol sorry I should have phrased that better...that's why I said IMO Lemi is not a good toy....

for the A4 conditions carry from idle through WOT when tweaked. Its not adaptive or calculating the algorithms, it's essentially one setting holding parameters across the board.
