Default Limp Power

I have a 2001 A4 1.8T 5sp Quattro Avant (74000miles) that I'm having a few power problems with. Its been tuned with the Neuspeed P-chip, Denzo Iridium plugs, Evolution Air Intake, Bailey's Diverter Valve, Neuspeed turbo downpipe and catback exhaust, AWE Drivetrain Stabilizer and I just recently added the AWE stage 2 clutch and lightened flyweel. After adding the clutch and flywheel my power suddenly became flat early on. There is more lag and power comes on much more abruptly at a higher rpm than it used to. It just feels more dead at slower speeds and under harder acceleration it hesitates at points, almost like its misfiring. Though no engine warning lights have ever gone off. I've been told this could be due to the air intake and the MAF sensor. Any other areas I should look into or other reasons why this could be happening?

Also, when I added the clutch and flywheel I had the timing belt and water pump replaced. For some reason my lifters began making a racket at this same time so I had to have them replaced along with the cams. Should this have happened and could this also be a cause of this problem?

Default It's pretty clear that you need to start by verifying that the belt is on right.

I'd check for boost leaks too.

No CEL yet, havn't had one once actually. Would the P-chip have something do do with this?

VAG-COM for values, if misfiring, MAF could be the prob. Also, could it be improper clutch install?
