LLtek cold intake

here's a couple comments...(sorry a little long)...
its looks good and will probably sound a little better as well as add a few horse.
But LLtek as a company, in my experience, is one of the worst. I ordered this same intake on 8/5/00 at the NE Audi event and was told it would be shipped the following Wendesday, 8/9/00. That week came and went. I asked for Neil to call with an update and nothing, not a call, even after numerous messages.
When I finally did talk to Neil he had no idea when they would arrive, but promised he would ship it next day air because of the delay and also call when it did arrive. Still not one phone call or response to the numerous messages I left. Then while visiting a friend, who has also been waiting over 3 months for an LLTek order, we decided to give Neil a call. He said he still doesn't have my friends order and shipped my intake that day. Neil didn't bother to call me to tell me he'd be charging my credit card or to tell me the intake arrived. Then he had the nerve to tell me there aren't any instructions with the intake and it was shipped ground instead of the promised overnight air. I cancelled the intake and bought MC's intake through Anands Group Buy. Sorry for the rant, I hope you have better luck with them. Personally I'll never do business with them again. LLTEK products are good, delivery service not so... wacky canadian pink-o semi-frogs...
honestly, the guys over at LLTEK have always been great... but i have always had to wait well beyond their promised delivery. i have made three or four separate orders for a spoiler, rims and tires and a few other small mods. no product complaints... maybe they just have a horrible shipping department.

Had my problem...they shipped an "improved" Brullen exhaust under warranty
And it was beaten in with a hammer. Claim it is supposed to be that way now. Bull. My last one is not like that. If I went through all the trouble of getting a mandrel bent exhaust and have half the pipe beat in, whats the point???
