Default I have feared this myself actually and dread the day I have to resort to drastict mesasures

Get and air pump and pressurize the vacuum system from the CLP hookup located in the trunk.

Default DUH!!! Here is the solution!

If you can get access to the trunk, remove the top trunk light and apply a 2amp charger to it until the system is charged to an extend that the locking system will work again!

Try yanking on the hood release cable with something through the grill first

As Hillbillyboy304 stated...the locksmith used this procedure to open the doors. Thanks for the advice guys.
