Long Term Storage of my Babe-4
I'm planning on putting my A4 into storage for a few months and would really appreciate any information on what preparation work I should do to make sure I don't do more harm than good.

change the oil... and have someone start it up... a cover might also help you out...
as long as you have someone take it off once in a while.. so the paint could breathe.. otherwise you might actually get fungus growing on it... ok well i really dont know bout that one but it sounds good doesnt it?

Change oil in the place you are going to store it and do not restart the car after.
Pull spark plugs and spray a light fogging type of oil(M/C or lawnmower store will have this.) in the cylinders and reinstall plugs. Fill the gas tank and put a fuel stabilizer in the gas tank. Place the car on jack stands. Turn the A/C to recirculate. Plug/ cover/seal the exhaust tailpipes and the air intake. Remove battery and place on a trickle charger.Make sure coolant levels are up and at correct mix, same with washer fluid. Seal the vent on the brake master cylinder. Wash/clean car inside and out and wax. Cover car.
The above is no particular order. I assume the car will be inside.
