I just noticed this ridiculously loud squeaking comming from the front of my car when I turned. I took the wheel off (front drivers side) and noticed also that my 5 month old tire was worn heavily on the inside edge of the tire.

We'ver rocked the steering wheel back and forth with our ears and flashlights up on every joint and even sprayed them with silicone spray and we can't figure out where the noise is comming from. It seems like the ball joint though.

Any similar experiences that could help me figure this out?

Should I try to diagnose and replace just the bad control arms or get the whole 8 piece control arm kit for both sides for $500 from ECS Tuning? I'm thinking, I'll spend over half of that to replace two of them. And who's to say the other side won't go bad next month. At 100K miles, it's probably time to replace them all anyway. I also have to put on my ECS Coilover conversion kit anyway for the front and the rear. (I guess I answered my own question)

What I really wanted to ask is what do you think about ECS's replacement control arms? Are there any quality issues?

also did my suspension mods at the same time. that was at 150K mi. this is my third set, so if yours have never been done your well past due.
