Maintenence questions. When do we need to flush the coolant and cabin air filter?

Coolant is "supposed" to be lifetime but..
I do it every year, to be safe and to see how clean things are in there. Cabin filter is usually a 30k part but lately people have been pulling some nasty filters including myself. Check it every 15k.
