Brad in FLA

I would like to put Mintex Red pads on to reduce the dust. If I wait till my original pads need replacing will my dealer put on the Mintex Red's if I buy them beforehand and bring them with me? Is it typical for the front and rear to wear out at approx. the same time? Thanks for any help

to hard. Plus get the Mintex just for the fronts that's where all the damm dust is anyway. The back is not that noticable if you wash your as much as an Audi nut would.

Many have reported that their rear pads wear out first. I wouldn't be concerned about it.

I've gone through two sets of rears already, still on original fronts after 55k miles...

I've noticed that on my GF's Jetta. The rears build up way more dust than the front. Go figure!
