Default Milltek vs. Borla $$

Why can I find the borla cat-back system for $500+ but the milltek is $1000+?

Is the difference between the two really that great?

Default Milltek is higher quality, and 2.5" DP to Borla's 2.25". I'm very happy with my APR exhaust

wait about a month and a half and you can get an APR exhaust for $850 when they have their holiday sale. 2.5" all the way through. The Milltek opens up to 2.75" after the DP and is said to be the quietest of the 3.

Default The Milltek is nicer, but not worth twice the cost over the borla.

FWIW, I own both.

If it was only a $200-300 difference i'd say go for the Milltek.

I have no back seat or cat and it still isn't annoying. It's got a great sound

Default That depends on whether you like interior droning or not?

If not pay more. I wish I did.

Speaking of test pipe. The guy I bought my car from had a custom exhaust made. Would I just look for a universal test pipe or what? He's hard to get a hold of and I dont want to bug him every time I have a question.
