Moisture/ Fog inside headlight housings...
Got a lot of moisture in my headlight housings, comes and goes, rain, at night, after washing.
They are aftermarket 2pc e-codes.
I have already tried taking them out (drying them) and sealing them with silicon around the front plastic part. Any ideas?

Water is getting in somewhere...
You sure they were absolutely dry when you reinstalled them? Either...
1. You fixed and sealed them, but also sealed water inside.
or (more likely)
2. There is still a hole where water can enter.
I haven't seen these two piece projectors, so I can't really point to anything specific. You just have to look for opportune areas where moisture can get in. Don't rule out the underside of the housing either. Water can evaporate up *into* the housing, and condense in the housing.

Use a hair dryer
1) To find the potential leak. Aim the hairdryer (low setting) through the opening for the bulb assembly, and try to creat a seal with your hands. If there is a crack or imperfect seal, you should be able to feel it. Ideally, you should have a second pair of hands that can brush a water/dishsoap solution around the edges/seals b/c that will detect even the slightest of escaping air (look for bubbles). Keep in mind that the bulb cover in the housing could also be the culprit.
2) In the event that Raj is correct and there is moisture trapped in the housing, the hairdryer should evaporate most of it after a few minutes.

What those little C shaped rubber things on the back?
What about those C shaped rubber things that cover 2 or 3 holes in the back... should I rip those off and seal those holes also?
I'm guessing they are sopposed to be on there however, and would not be the culprit?
