Default Moon roof install
Hello, I'm new to this board. I'm about to purchase a used 1.8 quattro. It's fairly low mileage for good price, but has no moon roof! Does anyone have non-factory installed moon roof here? Is it advisable to instal one, as I heard of some body integrity issues. How much am I looking at? Could I any bodyshop do the job? Thanks.

Don't do it! I have had two terrible experiences with aftermarket sunroofs, once in which my car had to be bought back. Don't mess with perfection!

Default Gosh, it's gonna feel so lame without a moonroof =(
You'd expect a luxury car like the A4 would come with a roof as standard equipment.

most people want the moonroof, hence the 'good deal' on the car.

If you had to pick, would you rather get the one with 25,000 miles without the sunroof or get the one with 50,000 miles with the sunroof? For the same price...
