more issues with my chip

Default more issues with my chip
I switched out my whole ECU with another guy yesterday. I had some problems with it so i unplugged it for a while and re did it. It idled fine this time however I got on the highway and think i lost all boost. I was in 5th and couldnt get over 3k rmp it just wouldnt go even floored. Then randomly it just fixed itself and was fine.

Anyone have any clues? I think its just a bad chip

Sounds like your car is going into limp mode, for any number of reasons.

Get your car vagged.

its still the same chip but some people said it could be the TBA so i unplugged it for an hour and re-attached it. And now i have this problem
