I would like to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to get the orders out as fast & efficiently as possible.
Order #'s have increased dramatically in the last 6 months & we are having trouble keeping up with them. We have hired
more help & are still in the process of even hiring more as we speak. Getting parts in a timely manner is also getting increasing
difficult because of the volume that we order. We get many partial shipments from Audi, V/W & other vendors & that back-logs
the pending orders even more. This is the exact reason why your order got delayed.
But those are my problems not yours. You just want to get your order on-time & I understand that completely. Things will be back to normal
here in a few weeks & we should be able to satisfy your order needs in the timely manner that you have gotten used to in the past.
Thanks for your support in the past & hopefully in the future.
Let me know if you have any other questions

reminds me of my porsche brake line issue, they were to long
so one started rubbing up against my wheel (yes I should have ziptied), but they charged me full price and overnight shipping (which came 3 days later) for another brake line. they stop selling porsche brakes sepeate after that issue. Oh and they forgot the crush washers when I order a couple banjo bolts.

I used to order from ECS because they would get it to me the next day...
and shipping wasn't too bad (usually about $10 - $12). With issues the past 3 orders though, I may not be using them anymore.
I think if other vendor's websites were as user friendly as ECS & they carried all the commonly failing obscure items that ECS carries they would also have more luck attracting customers.

Mine came next day, and it seems like there is...
a flat handling fee that then add shipping onto. I think it's probably ~7 or 8 bucks, and then they add the shipping on top of that. I'd order again if I had a bunch of stuff I needed, since adding stuff to the order only increased shipping a dollar or so for each item.
