My Six disc is not working, Why ?

Default My Six disc is not working, Why ?
I press the mode button on my Concert reciever and nothing happens. The six disc does not want to eject also. I have checked the connections to the reciever and the player and nothing ? any help would be great, please.

There was, But I got it out. But again still nothing. its seems like there is no power to the changer.

Press th eject button if it goes green then its getting power if not check the cable
