get yourself a set of falken azenis 60 bucks a piece locally for 205/55/16 =)

forgot to add that does NOT include mounting/balance, thats strictly the price of the tire.

they aren't anywhere as grippy as say a kumho v700 or Toyo RA-1,

but for the price you can't beat them. It's the most popular tire for autox if you're limited to "street" tires. For the price you can't beat it. If you're doing road racing and still learning, having the best set of track tires vs a good set to learn on is gonna be plenty.

A veteran racer locally told me that until I am proficient and consistant in driving my line, the best tires in the world won't matter. So for now, I just need more seat time.
