Well we know that the green VW put down 326 hp at the front wheels.
Which gives it about 370 hp at the crank. I also think that is the car that took 1st place. They also said that the fastest 1/4 mile time by the 9 cars was 12.8-12.9. You can find out more info on vortex in the 1.8t challenge forum.

yes I saw this but there is nothing for the other 9 cars, so how should I know if that was the right
choice that the green VW is the best car?

I also find it hard to believe the dyno #
since he dyno'd at a shop on monday just 2 days before the event and made 326 whp. So you can just see that the magazine might end up pumping up the results the dyno puts out just to sell more issues.
I also wonder what the 1/4 mile times were since the 84 GTI 1.8t says he won the drag racing event. I also guess the ABD K03 nos powered GTI must have been pretty slow since it got beat by the K04 powered Beetle.
BTW there were only a total of 9 cars not 10 and 1 of them was a stock 337 thrown in. They also moved one of the 10 cars into the tuner class, I guess the shop covered all the mods and work.

they don't want to tell us.....

Well some things have already leaked out, so they might as well start
talking now. But it does seem that the 1/4 mile times were not that great, running in the middle of the day in the heat will do that to you.
