Need advice!!!!

ok so I bought a reiger kit from ebay (i know kinda sketchy but its not fiberglass or anything like that) so when I get the bumper everything seems to be in tact but the body shop that deals with a lot of custom stuff says they can't put it on because there is no where to mount the reinforcement.

Are there anyonline instructions on how to mount this thing? Any help would def be appreciated.

Call them...

The auction does not list the parts required, though it says they're included. Note that it does say pickup in cental Jersey-maybe have a local AWer pay a visit for an explanation.
