Need advice on TB job
I am planning to replace the following TB parts in addition of the valve cover gaskets:
1) Timing and Accessory Belts
2) Timing and Accessory Tensioners
3) Water Pump & Thermostat/O-ring
4) Timing Belt Roller & Relay Roller
Should I replace other gasket/seals if they are not leaking? What else do you recommend to replace and why?
Thanks

I would say no, unless it's leaking don't do it. Are your valve cover gaskets leaking?
The one other place to look is the cam seals. And good rule of thumb is if it's not leaking, let it be. Mainly b/c it's not cheap to do, unless you're doing it yourself. Otherwise you seem to have everything else you need. Don't forget new coolant though.

I would replace the tensioner piston, because it keeps tension on the belt to keep it from jumping. I would also replace the accessory belt tensioner, roller bearing in it often goes bad after installing a new belt which is tighter. You might want to check the cam seals , but that is a whole other job. You'll need the factory puller for the cam sprockets or risk cracking them.
The motor mounts are easy to check and replace while you have the front of the car off.

I am planning to replace the accessory belt tensioner but the TB tensioner piston was not on my list. Is it really necessary to replace it? Note that each engine mount is $144, when typically do they need to be replaced (mileage)?

As far as the piston tensioner goes, it all depends on how much risk your willing to accept. The motor mounts are $109 at ECSTuning.com. Ours were shot at 50k. I also replaced the snub mount with the APR unit, vast improvement.
If your keeping the car for the long term, its worth it to fix it right so you don't have to take the front apart again(as its a fairly time consuming process).
