NEED HELP!!! Broken Spark plug

Default NEED HELP!!! Broken Spark plug

I was replacing my spark plugs today and the last person who put them in there tightened them down way to much so as I was trying to unscrew a spark plug in cylinder 2 with a spark plug wrench the spark plug broke in half leaving part of it stuck in there. now what do I do?????

what broke in half? the ceramic part or the metal part?

Default Try to get the socket on there again. If the ceramic part brok off you should still be able to

unscrew the bottom.

buy a reverse tread screw remover! it will come out very easy! done it many times!

Default ohh and if there still ceremic in the plug, just crank the engine..

and the compression will blow the rest of the ceremic off!

Default You're talking to someone who's never done it......

not so easy the first time, without someone experienced showing you. It can also be very dangerous for the engine if you mess things up....

I'd say this is one of those things, if you're not sure, you'd be best to take it to someone who is.

Default you are right. but if he wants to do it, this is cheap and

on a scale 1 to 10 (10 very hard) this is a 4!

Default I got the bottom out..

I took of the top of the engine off and i was able to get out the bottom of the plug but theres little ceramic pieces still at the bottom and the new spark plug wont go in straight
