Default Need help finding a tire that meets my needs

I am looking for a 205/55/16 all season tire that does really well in the snow. I will be using these tires as my winter set in Colorado so they need to be good in the snow. I would also like them to preform like a good performance tire when the streets are dry or just a little wet. Does such a tire exist? If so what do you guys recommend?

Thanks

SP5000's are great "all-season high performance" tires

Default It's "Vredstein" and I think Eurotire in NJ carries them...

I didn't see it on their site but I believe I have seen them in their store in person.

Default I would like to recommend the Nokian WR's...

however, since they are sitting on a garage floor, I have no basis upon which to recommend them. Nokian has a great reputation, and comparing these tires to Dunlop Wintersport M2's, I can tell you that these should handle much better in the dry. The tread blocks require twice as much effort to deflect on the WR's vs. the M2's. The softer compound of the M2's might give them an edge in the ice, but looking at the tread pattern on the WR's, I'm sure they will hold their own in the snow.

I can't wait until we see snow so I can try these out! :-)
