I just bought fogs from a 99.5+ and I am trying to install them on a 99 a4. I have the fog grills also from the 99.5+. I already know that I can turn the horn upside down to make room for the passenger side fog light but to do this, do I need to take the front bumper off ? and if so how difficult is it and how to do it ?
