Need help with OEM A8 HID install...
I am in the middle of installing the OEM A8 HID kit from OEMHID.com and I am having a bit of trouble finding a spot for the ignitors. They are pretty damn big and it is pretty crowded in and around the headlight housing. Anyone with expereince installing the kit, please chime in. Also, the ballast does not fit perfectly beneath the headlight. If anyone has pictures of their install please post them. Thanks.

Yes, they are. Bolt right on the B5 1-piece housing, all 6 screw holes line up perfectly.
I have pics if you need. Yes, the only trimming is are two holes for the electrical connectors go through if you have halogen housing.

You don't by any chance have e-code housings you're willing to sell/trade with those ballasts?
I've been thinking of doing this mod for a while and haven't gotten around to it. If not, I'll probably either clear-corner my own or buy another set anyway, but it'd save me time...
