I need to find out the name or the part number so I can call the dealer to order it. From what I hear its a common problem on here, but I couldnt find anything.

I will share this advice with you since I am among peers who are also obsessed:
Clean the engine bay - soon. Engines breath air, dirt in the engine bay = dirt in the air intake = dirt inside the engine. This is bad. Clean it before you repair it - it will also make the repairs easier, and you will get less dirty.
Spray everything but the electrical connections and the coilpacks with some dilluted simple green - let it sit, hose it down lightly with water. Avoid getting water in the alternator.

Maybe I'll end up doing it this weekend, after an oil change and the hose replacement. Ill bag the alt. for sure, and wrap up the coils, any other sensitive areas in the a4 engine bay?
