So far i've gotten as low as 1.7 and as high as 2.25. which is it! heh
I'm thinking about upgrading my downpipe with the borla system but if the stock downpipe is already 2.25, getting another one would be how much more useful?

downpipe helps mucho! get it, helps w/spooling. look for reviews where people put on downpipes...
after getting exhausts w/out downpipes.
i believe there are some exhausts that are dp back. some people get those, then get a custom dp after, claim it makes a huge dif, as much as the exhaust itself.
you might want to get a 2.5" downpipe if that makes you feel better about getting the exhaust (since 2.5 is bigger than 2.25). milltek uses 2.5" downpipe/2.75" piping back.
also, i was wrong on the 1.75" dp. i searched and that's what a few posts said.... but then when you search for "stock downpipe 2.25" you get much more results and people also say its 2.25". i was confused too.
