Noise when Accelerating

Hello everyone,

whenever i am trying to accelerate my car, it makes this noise and it stops when the accelerater is fully pushed.

i have changed the engine oil, top up the coolant, changed my coil springs. What should i do?

any help would be much appreciated

Can’t really hear what you asking about. All I hear is road noise. Can you describe what the sound is?
