is it normal to see tiny small soapy marks after a tint job?
the person who did my tint told me that its normal and still has to dry and wait up to 30days or so. is it a bunch of bull?

it's true, takes a while to dry if you're not in a dry/hot area... took less than a week here, but I
live in so-cal and have a black car, so in the summer that's like an oven, or it was until the tint =)
