Default Occasional clutch slip...i think....but returns to normal.....

This week ive experienced this a few times. It seems if i get stuck in some traffic where i'll be shifting in and out of 1st. 2nd...often, then once i pic up, it feels like im getting some clutch slip...which last for a bit, then all of the sudden it seems to stop.

Is it possible that it may just be getting some debris in the clutch or synchros for a bit?
I'm gonna change my gear oil soon here anyway, but will it help this at all...

Could it be the heat caused by the start / stop? I notice this myself
