Odd blinker problem after putting Silvervision bulbs in this afternoon
i got into my car after dinner and since it was dark i turned the headlights on for the first time after putting in the philips silvervision clear corner bulbs. the right side indicator for some reason stays completely solid when the headlights are on. In fact all 3 signaling indicators (front blinker, the side blinker, and the rear blink) stay solid. When I go to signal a right directional it still stays solid. But here is the twist, when I turn my headlights off, the solid blinker goes away, an it is now fully functional (blinks when you use the stalk, and stays off when u don't use it). Any ideas on what the problem might be before i take a look at it tomorrow in the day light? TIA

Did you check the blinker fluid?
Kidding... sounds like a short, when the lights are on it's sending power to the "bright" side of the bulb. Try removing it and putting a stock one in, or swap the new ones side to side and see if it's a bad internal shorted bulb? My only guess. Good luck.

i can't really see how a bulb could cause this...
iirc the collum switch is the only place the turn/marker and the headlight power come together. try switching the bulbs back first, but if that doesn't work then the switch would be my next step.
