Default offset for oz sl

in oz japan's site, i read about the superleggera for the A3 03 and the A4, but dont understand the difference.

for the A3, 7x17" ET 48
for the A4, 8x17" ET 35

Which one is a better fit for My A4? it is only lowered, fenders not rolled. Would the 7x17 wheel fit? i dont think i need the 8"wide wheel..

Default Go with the 17x8 with ET35

and then put on a 225/45/R17 tire and you'll be good to go. Wheel will look better with it being more flush with the fender. You shouldn't have any rubbing issues either.

Default You can't use the one for the A3 because it's the wrong bolt pattern for you.

The offset is too high as well.

Default not the A3, the A3 03

the off set is 48-35=13mm

will 1.3cm make that much difference?

http://www.oz-japan.com/products/monobloc_wheel/superleggera-1/index.html</a

Default The offset is still wrong...

it's too high and you'll most likely rub on the inside against suspension components when you put a 225/45 tire on it.

The OEM rims with ET43 offset and 225/45 tires just barely clear on the inside.

ET35 is a perfect offset. Go with that.

Default I like the silver SLs better, but that's just my opinion

You should go by what YOU like. It's your car.

Default the really silver one or the slightly greyish one?

oz japan calls the gunmetal as "tuner silver"
the normal silver as "race silver"

i really envy u guys coz u have stocks of wheels waiting for you at your local wheelshop. Home deliveries can be easily made too...

it is just so hard to get audi stuffs in this part of the world

Default The light silver ones...

Hey I'm in the same boat - I'm in Poland - wheel choices are limited here, especially the more fancy ones.
