OK...during re-torque of CA work I found this...Movie Inside. Please advise...

Default OK...during re-torque of CA work I found this...Movie Inside. Please advise...

This is a brand new arm. Its drivers side straight arm. I dont know if you can see it moving but its with very little effort. The other side(DR Side) is tight as a drum and no thumps are coming from that side. Pass. Side is bumping. Replace?
