Default Ok...who has changed the beltline trim to the S4 aluminum version?

I have a set..that I have had in my garage for about a zillion years. Thinking of installing it in the A4 to make it more sporty. For those who have done it...how hard...what adhesive did you use...any FAQs on the install?

Thanks.

Default One of my friend did that. He said it take a while especially the one on the dash...

board. You need to go to the back of the dash board to removed all the clip before you can take them off.

Default No adhesives needed, rather you have to tear apart quite a bit of the dash..

..to get to the screw-on clips that hold the trim on.

Doors area cake. Front two strips suck.

Default the clips are screw-on? ie: able to be put back without rattling, buzzing, etc?

i know the material insert panels on the doors need to be melted off then, plastic welded back on, leaving much room for error. not the same for that trim?
