I swiped it from a 9/11 website, cropped out the words, and used it.

Default Pain in the a$$ (PITA)

I thought the fill hole is a side mount hole...a turkey baster or similar would work, but that's a pain. a fluid siphon with a little hand pump thing-a-ma-bob would work nicely. Could probably find one of those in an autoparts store for $5.
