ONE SIDE LOWER
This is quite bizarre! My A4Avant1.8TQM
frequently has the passenger side 1.5 inch
lower than the other side. This is most noticable in the rear. (Another post on this topic is

this happened was 4 days after I got the car and
of course I brought it to the dealer, and of
course it was normal when I got there.
Has anyone else had this happen?

I know what you mean, but ...
... whenever I've noticed it, I'm pretty sure the ground is uneven. Do you have a light colored A4? I think with the horizontal contrast between the painted bumper, and the unpainted black lower valance, the illusion that the car is lower on one side is accentuated.
Mine is silver, and I definitely notice the "uneven-ness" specifically in one of the parking spaces at the office, but not others. When I see other cars in the offending spot, I can see that only after looking carefully that those cars appear uneven as well.
