Man..I test drove one...and it was cool...but it was cheap feeling...**** they use a hood prop..

no power seats, no leather...nice steering wheel though...no tiptronic...I can say that wasn't a car that was for my buyer type...
I did get it jamming however.

touché... whose side are you on anywaze??? =) Yeah, that 227hp is tough for a 1.8T... and...(more)

for a VR6 would require a supercharger... and extensive work under the hood.

Now if I could just "find" a Jetta/Bora 1.8T with 4Motion... then "find" a spare 2.7 Biturbo and somehow magically shoehorn it in... matched with the 6 speed... ahhhhh... =)

That will only cost me maybe $40 large??? Unless the scrap yards in Europe are nice to me....

Important factors...:

The auto behaves completely different than the manual. And if the car had less than 2000 miles on it, it is a slug.

The more bad press the WRX gets here now means the better chance I have at getting one in October!

Buy Audi...down with Subaru! Don't buy my silverthorn wagon.
