overheating
Ok,my car has started overheating recently, but only when driving at near highway speeds. Once I slow down to a stop the temperature immediately starts to drop. I would expect it to be the opposite, that overheating would occur while stopped, but thats not the case. My fan is running fine and the radiator is getting plenty of cool air through it. There appears to be a slight coolant leak coming from somewhere up high, possible from the reservoir itself as I can see fluid splashed around that area and everywhere underneath, but its a very slow leak as I have noticed only a tiny drop in fluid level. If the leak is at the reservoir, is it possible I have sucked air into the cooling system and this is causing the waterpump to cavitate the coolant instead of make it flow at higher rpms?

fix the coolant leak, and report back
if you're seeing coolant near the reservoir, it could be the driver's side end-tank of the rad.
can't hurt to replace the Tstat and coolant temp sensor while the system is open
