Oxygen Sensor 4 wire - all the same?

Oxygen Sensor 4 wire - all the same?
My car has Bosch 02 sensors. One is bad (downstream).
Will any 4 wire 02 work?
I have a Standard SG1273 (no connectors) which is supposedly interchangeable with DENSO 2344209 / BOSCH 15733
Rockauto shows for my car:
Standard SG243
DENSO 2344667
BOSCH 13550
Aside from the connector, are there any differences between those 4 wire O2 sensors?

I looked up on Bosch website, but could not find my AFC engine (1996, 2.8 V6). They list a ACK engine for 1996. For that engine, they list part number 0 258 986 507 as generic replacement.
Looking up that part number: UNIVERSAL 12 watt heater and ground isolated case
Most 1.8T list 0 258 986 505: UNIVERSAL 18 watt heater and ground isolated case
So: is the difference in the heater wattage?
