Default P0301 misfire

I recently purchased an '01 A4 Quatro 1.8T. I have replaced 3 of the 4 ignition coil packs within 5 weeks of each other and the problem exists. Is it possible for all coil pacs to go out this close together or is there an underlying problem I should check? The vehicle has 65000 miles.

Default Coilpacks cascade it seems.

2 of mine went out within 2 days of each other. I just bought 4 and placed on of the remaining "working" ones in my trunk to get me home just in case.
