Performance Upgrades
What kind of a Air Intake should i get,and will i feel the difference?
How does it sound when you change the Air filter Box and replace it with an Intake?
How much?
2.Chip,which one is good,where to get it from and how much?
I just put on a Sebring dual tips exhaust on my 2.8 and it looks great,it is a stainless steel muffler with 2 -3" tips,it is not loud at all,but a great looking exhaust!

Intakes have been greatly debated here and most people do not notice a difference in performance...unless you consider sounding faster a performance difference but if you want one go with a t5. www.turbo5.com As the chip goes... APR or GIAC...i have APR and it is very nice. I have not driven a GIAC chip but you cant go wrong with either. www.goapr.com or www.awetuning.com

I'd pass on both chip and intake.
On a 2.8, you won't get a cost effective gain from the chip, and the extra air flow isn't needed for your motor. Put your bux in the piggy bank and save for a PES blower.

Supercharger: $61 per hp.....Cone filter: $27 per hp.....My response to "intake is not worth it"....
Supercharger: 90 hp for $5000 + installation (estimated $500)
Cone filter intake kit: 10 hp for $270, free installation for all but the completely helpless.
Obviously the supercharger is a massive increase compared to the intake, but $5500 is nuts. That's a down payment on an S4.
