Anybody else have that problem. I have a 98.5 and the black plastic thingy above the hood at the bottom of the windshield is peeling off. Looks like heat warped it or something. I hope water doesn't come into the car because of it. Thanks in advance for you responses.<p>Paul C.

It should snap in to its place. Start from the other side of the car and push it in it's place there and continue step by step (5" at a time perhaps) towards the other side.<p>Alternative method would be two pair of hand's starting from the opposite sides continuing to the center.<p>I hope this helps.<p>Marko Litmanen<br>A3 1.8T Wett 1.0 K&N

My 99 has black plastic screws (phillips head) -- I had to press down on the plastic and retighten the screws

Agree; believe all it takes is aobut 1/4 turn. Be careful; easy tos strip the heads
