Default That could be one of the two plenum chamber drain valves

If they get clogged water can't get out of the plenum chamber. I'm not sure how thin the actual drain hose is, so I don't know if you can push the screw through the drain with something thin, long, and flexible. Maybe you can stick a magnetic pick-up probe dow the drain valve? With a little luck you can fish the screw out.

I lost one of my ECU screws there over a year ago. Never found it.

Default try getting one of those extendable magnets

i've dropped plenty of screws into my engine bay. they usually end up on the plastic pan at the bottom. try the magnet or try popping the plastic piece off.
