Default I could File a complaint with the FTC comission..

because the burden of proof still falls on thenm. At least from what ive just read from the whatchamacall it act. My car is still functioning fine and the check engine light turned itself off about 4 days ago or so.

Default Try a different dealer.

A mod friendly dealer will replace the O2 sensor, no questions asked. And how do they know you are chipped? Don't you run the stock program when bring your car in for service?

I don't believe they do. magnusson-moss act is for aftermarket replacement parts i believe

You modded your car, and now you're crying foul because AoA is holding you accountable? Buy the part, and replace it yourself.

Anybody here that's telling you that you can win this one is a **** tease...plain and simple!

Sorry, it's past 5PM, and I get cranky and grouchy when stuff like this gets posted.
