I don't think you will find my times to be very common but anyway:
for GIAC 1.0 bar chip + Milltek exhaust: 14.8 @ 88mph
GIAC X chip + Milltek exhaust + TT BPV: 14.6 @ 92mph
The average chip and exhaust time I have seen posted are low 15's.
NDBW K04 kits typically run low 14's, DBW mid-high 14's.

Apparently
according to Lucus, the NonDBW has 20% larger intake ports (or was the exhaust ports?). I guess its the emmission laws impacting on the design there.
In addition, tuners just find it very difficult to tune the DBW.

Excuse me, I was the one that told lucas about that.
The reason for the non dbw(aeb head) to have larger ports was because the stock K03 was smaller while the dbw (atw head) had smaller ports because of the larger updated K03. So the smaller ports would spool up the larger K03 so it would hit boost at the same spot as the stock k03 on the non dbw.
Oh about the dbw, if it is so hard to tune how the hell did I run 14.5 almost 2 years ago and a best of 14.290. I was also the first dbw car to hit mid 13's with a upgrade turbo kit and first dbw to hit over 106 mph. Also look at the X-chip for the 2001 K03, it is making plenty of power and it is a dbw.
